1. Agreement and eligibility
Gyld is provided by OpSpot (“OpSpot,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or using Gyld, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to bind the business or organization you represent.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized use, and keeping passwords and API keys secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or share account access outside your organization without our written permission.
3. The service
Gyld provides hosted access to niche AI models, related account and billing tools, and links to open-weight models you may self-host. Open-weight files are governed by their published licenses, including Apache-2.0 where stated. Hosted access, support, and Gyld-operated infrastructure are governed by these Terms.
Model output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or wrong. It is decision support, not medical, legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. You are responsible for human review and for decisions or actions taken from output.
4. Plans, credits, and payment
- Subscription prices, included token allowances, and billing intervals are shown at Checkout.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal before the next renewal.
- Included tokens are a hard ceiling. Gyld does not issue surprise overage invoices.
- Prepaid credits are used after included tokens, do not expire while your account remains active, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- Except where law or a written agreement requires otherwise, completed charges are non-refundable and taxes are your responsibility.
5. Your content and training choices
You keep ownership of prompts, responses, business materials, and other content you provide (“Customer Content”). You give us a limited right to process Customer Content only to provide, secure, support, and comply with law for the service. Hosted inference does not automatically opt you into model training. Any training use requires a separate affirmative choice and any applicable data-processing terms shown in the consent flow.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content, including any personal or confidential information in it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Gyld to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or process data you lack authority to use;
- create malware, facilitate abuse, evade safeguards, or probe or disrupt the service;
- share, resell, or expose API keys, or bypass rate, usage, payment, or access limits;
- make fully automated high-impact decisions about people without lawful authority and meaningful human review; or
- present model output as verified professional advice or guaranteed fact.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Gyld available, but no uptime or support commitment applies unless a separate written agreement says so. Models, limits, and features may change. We may suspend access to protect customers, the service, or third parties, or for nonpayment or material violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gyld is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, OpSpot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. OpSpot’s total liability arising from Gyld will not exceed the amount you paid for Gyld during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Ending service
You may stop using Gyld or delete your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue through the paid period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain in effect.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
